Job Description
- Installing and maintaining solar panels on homes, business premises or open land.
- Ensure all Solar Panels installed follow Company’s installation guideline
- Report any malfunctional equipment to the Company immediately for rectification
- Assessing locations to ensure they are suitable for solar panels
- Making adjustments to building surfaces so panels fit and are adequately supported.
- Connecting solar panels to an electrical system
- Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Performing maintenance checks and fixing solar panels
- Using a variety of technical equipment and tools
- Configure the wiring and inspect all electrical parts
- Install and connect any batteries or other accessories
- Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
